Directions
From the centre of Holsworthy proceed on the A3072 Bude road, passing the Rydon Inn on the left hand side. Continue for a short distance and turn left at Killatree Cross. Proceed for a short distance, turning left signed Killatree, and follow the road down the hill and round the right hand bend where the entrance to the land will be found on the left hand side with a Bond Oxborough Phillips 'For Sale' notice clearly displayed.
