VAT) is retained by Jefferys/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform costs, and £3,800 is payable towards the purchase price/deposit.

Completion will take place within 4 weeks of the Auction ending or sooner by mutual agreement.

FEES

The purchasers shall also reimburse the vendor the cost of the searches carried out.
