The village of Dailly offers local amenities such as a post office, two pubs, a primary school and a doctor’s practice. The nearby towns of Girvan and Ayr offer secondary schooling as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure facilities and hospital. The plots are well located for easy access to Glasgow via the M77 (about 52 miles). Transport links within the area are excellent with a regular train service from Girvan through Maybole to Ayr. Glasgow Prestwick Airport, with regular scheduled international flights is about 23 miles distant.

The surrounding rolling countryside, some of which forms part of Dalquharran Castle Estate offers a network of country paths, ideal for walking, cycling and hacking. Dailly is within walking distance of the plots without the need to use public roads. There are many opportunities for games sports in the area and some of South West Scotland’s finest salmon and trout fishing. Ayrshire is renowned
for its many golf courses including the world famous course at Turnberry. There is all year racing at Ayr Racecourse including the Scottish Grand National. Culzean Castle Estate with its famous Robert Adam’s cliff-top castle, woods, beaches, secret follies and play parks is 12 miles distant. The Ayrshire Coastal Path which follows the Ayrshire West Coast offers walks along the beach and headlands and is in close proximity to the Kirk Stables Development site.

DESCRIPTION
The Kirk Stables development site is located on the eastern periphery of Dailly village. The site is presently rough ground and within the boundary there is a redundant stone building. To the north west, there is a small stream which is a tributary to the Water of Girvan.
