Designed by ACR Architecture for the current owners, and built in 2017 by Haygarth Ross, Grange View House is the perfect marriage of a classically designed modern house in a unique rural setting. On the second floor is space used for gym/yoga/tv room, a further bedroom with en suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. From Rectory Lane the sweeping gravel drive leads from an electric wooden gate, up to the front door and the garage, providing plenty of parking.

The majority of the garden extends to the south and east of the house with a stone and gravel terrace immediately to the rear of the house taking advantage of this private and sunny aspect. Flower beds planted with soft purple and pink perennials with plenty of lavender brings a Provencal theme which is further enhanced by the boules pitch. The lawn gently slopes away and there is a wrought iron fence and gate leading to a paddock. The gravel area continues to the west side of the house which incorporates the productive kitchen garden within raised beds.

The Georgian market town of Alresford provides a good range of local shops and amenities, with more comprehensive leisure and cultural facilities found in
Winchester. Independent schools in the area include Princes Mead, Twyford, The Pilgrims' School, St Swithun's and Winchester College. State schools include Sun Hill Infant and Junior Schools, Perins Community School and Peter Symonds Sixth Form College.
