DESCRIPTION
About 35.58 acres of undulating rough grazing land, rising from 115m to 130m above sea level. On the more southerly section the land is steep leading down to the burn where there is a degree of weed and rush infestation. Clerkland burn flows north to south meandering through the field. The land is classified as partly 4(1) and 4(2) in the James Hutton Institute Land Capability Classification. Access to the field is via the road to the east of the field which can be reached via Stewarton.
