OVERAGE/CLAWBACK
The property is being sold subject to a pre-existing overage provision which commenced in 2012. It will require the purchaser and the purchaser's successors in title to enter a covenant to pay 25% of any uplift in value due to planning consent being granted for any non-agricultural use during the next 12 years.
