Planning Permission
Planning permission was approved under delegated powers on 9th February 2021 by Harborough District Council subject to completion of the S 106 agreement for planning application reference 19/01596/FUL for Land Adjacent to Meadowside, Rugby Road, Swinford, Leicestershire for the erection of 21 dwellings.
At the time of preparation of these particulars the Section 106 agreement had not been signed, a copy of the draft Section 106 agreement and draft decision notice setting out the planning conditions are contained within the Data Room. Interested parties should make themselves aware of the planning conditions and it is intended that a copy of the Section 106 agreement will be provided to all interested parties prior to the bid date.

The vendor is retaining ownership of the land where the balancing pond is to be built and
will grant the purchaser the necessary rights through a licence for access to build the pond

The vendor will require the purchaser to erect a fence around the balancing pond. Exact fencing to be agreed between purchaser and vendor.
