A substantial south facing house with annexe potential and scope to update in a lovely rural location with gardens and adjoining field. In all 2.27 acres.

Lisbon Place is a detached house built of stone elevations with brick quoins under a pitched tiled roof. The house has been extended over time and offers flexible and spacious family accommodation in a peaceful and sought after countryside location. There is now the scope for a buyer to update and put their stamp on.

The front door opens into a large boot room with a kitchen beyond and a back door to the rear. This could be used as an annexe with sitting room and kitchen. A staircase leads to a dual aspect bedroom with ensuite bathroom and both the ground and first floor can be used separately from the rest of the house. The dining room is at the back of the house and has French doors to the garden. The sitting room is a lovely large south facing room at 27' long with a wood burning stove in a brick fireplace and exposed beams.

The kitchen / breakfast room is a good family space and has an extensive range of wooden wall mounted and floor standing units, electric Aga and ample space for a large family table.

From the kitchen a door opens to a generous utility room with a door to outside. A study and two separate cloakrooms complete the ground floor accommodation.

From the study stairs rise to a landing off which is a dual aspect master bedroom overlooking the garden and fields beyond. There are two further double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom. A link from bedroom 3 and a separate staircase lead to a large dual aspect bedroom and ensuite shower room that can either be used as part of the main house or as an annexe bedroom.

Outside there is a large drive, garaging, ample parking along with front and rear gardens and an adjoining paddock of 1.62 acres with the whole being 2.27 acres.
