Method of Sale
The land is offered for sale by Informal Tender. Tenders are to be received in writing on the attached Form of Tender and submitted to the Agent, Tamlyns, 35 Market Street, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 3EP no later than 12 noon on Friday 4th June 2021 and marked 'Land at Catcott Broad Drove' please specify lot number. The vendors are not obliged to accept the highest nor any other tender. Should an accepted tender be received, the prospective Purchaser will be required to exchange contracts within 60 days of receiving the required Memorandum of Sale with completion scheduled to take place as soon as possible thereafter.

Directions
From Street head north west out of the town towards Stileway/Meare, continue in this direction for approximately 8 miles. You should pass through the villages of Meare and Westhay. As you get to the village of Burtle, turn left towards Catcott. Continue along this road for approximately a quarter of a mile where the lots will be on either side of the road identified by Tamlyns For Sale boards. From Bridgwater head north east out of the town along the A39. Continue along here for approximately 8 miles, following signs for Cossington. Continue along the Poldens, towards Catcott, turn left at the village towards the village of Burtle and remain on this road for approximately 1 mile until you reach the land identified by Tamlyns For Sale Boards.
