A parcel of pasture land which has been in same family's ownership for over 100 years and is close to the western edge of Headcorn village. The land is is within walking distance of Headcorn village and station, Staplehurst is within easy reach and the M20 (Junction 8) is about 7.5 miles to the north.

Description

The land has been in the same family’s ownership for about 100 years and has been run as a smallholding but in recent years has been used for sheep grazing. There is still evidence of the old milking parlour and cow stalls in a separate area just inside the entrance gate onto Moat Road. The land is flatter at the southern end and rises up on a gentle slope to the northern boundary. Mains water used to be connected from the water main on the opposite side of Moat Road, so the cost off reconnection will require investigation with South East Water.
