BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME

CLAWBACK
The sale is subject to a clawback in favour of the vendor (and successors in title) in respect of any non agricultural or non equestrian development. Payable on the grant of planning permission, and to be assessed on the basis of 40% of the uplift in value. The clawback shall be in place for a period of 40 years from completion on a bite and bite again basis. For the avoidance of doubt, tied residential dwellings shall trigger the clawback.
