Directions - From the Tern Hill roundabout drive south on the A41 for 3 miles and turn left signposted for Goldstone & Cheswardine. Follow the road and signs for Goldstone for just under 3 miles. Turn left down Westcott Lane just before Goldstone Hall. Follow the lane for about 400 metres and access to the land is on the right hand side.

Services - Water is connected from the Goldstone bore hole that is administered by Goldstone Hall. The new owners would pay for your usage. There is a private drainage system to a septic tank. None of the services have been tested.
