Directions
From Ashbourne - Proceed out of the town towards Leek on the A52, proceed up Swinscoe Hill and go straight ahead at the Calton Moor crossroads on the A523. Just after the cross roads take the first right signposted Calton. Continue along the lane and just before you enter the village at the cross roads turn left onto Common Lane were the land with be found on the right clearly identified by the Bagshaws ‘For Sale’ board.
Deposit and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
