This is a really nicely located 37 ACRE Farmstead located on the edge of Four Roads village, itself just a 15 minute drive to the larger County Town of Carmarthen with its Hospital, County Council Headquarters and very good shopping facilities.

The Farmstead has no immediate neighbours with fine views all around with a number of useful outbuildings including what would have been the original stone farmhouse which subject to planning could provide further accommodation.

The Farmhouse itself has a lounge / diner, kitchen, sitting room, on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom with an attached garage.

The Outbuildings include the old milking parlour, cow shed with cubicles, another detached stone outbuilding and as stated the original stone farmhouse with potential.

The Land is split into 11 main paddocks and has been used for cropping this year and are generally in good heart, mostly gently sloping or flat with some of the land on lower levels near the stream being wetter than the rest.

This is a typical Welsh Farmstead that has been well tended to over the years by a hardworking farmer who has farmed the land for over 50 years and it is now time for a new owner to come along and continue the good work. NO FORWARD CHAIN.

Ffos Wilkin

Ideally situated within a 15 minute drive of the old market town of Carmarthen which has a mix of national and independent shops, a traditional market and a farmers mart. It is also within easy reach of the M4.

The farm is around 4 miles from the historic small town of Kidwelly with its impressive castle. Also local to Ffoslas Race Course, Pembrey Country Park and the National Botanical Gardens. There is also an 18-hole golf-course nearby.

The farm has been in the same family since the 1950s, the last owner having farmed there for the last 50 years. Up until the beginning of 2020, a herd of beef cattle was farmed here.
