Understood to have historically been a blacksmith's forge, this small traditional building was later used for agricultural purposes, but is now dilapidated and in need of repair.
Built of coarsed stone under a pantile roof, the building measures approximately 20' x 10' (max) and has no connections to services. There are double doors facing onto the road at the front (plus a doorway that has been filled in), there is a small window to the rear and a doorway to the side. The building has a chimney which is understood to relate to the old forge.
The building stands in a small paddock of permanent pasture extending to around 0.58 acres in total. There are dry stone walls to three sides and a modern post and wire fence on the fourth side.
