Georgian Inspired House in a Spectacular Cotswold Setting

Description

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sibford Park is a stunning architectural design by award winning Yiangou Architects, using classic Georgian proportions and finished to an exacting standard. From conception the design and construction has been a devoted exercise in providing the highest standard of living.

The house is spread over three storeys, arranged around an elegant central staircase providing sophisticated focus to the heart of the house. This is certainly an excellent opportunity to acquire a landmark property in a spectacular position.

The accommodation flows freely from the spectacular central double height reception hall, with an extensive drawing room offering generous ceiling heights and extensive windows and glazed doors to the west elevation, giving access directly out to the garden. Delightful, panelled library offers quiet solace; sitting room offering informal space for children or use as a playroom.

Full height vaulted kitchen and breakfast room with bespoke handmade fitted units enjoys a lovely aspect onto the garden to the west. This is very much the hub of the house and offers informal dining and seating areas and access onto extensive terracing (for those looking to entertain).
