From Cardigan, take the A487 coast road to Aberystwyth. At the roundabout turn right towards Llangurig (A44). At the second roundabout take the 4th exit again towards Llangurig (A44). Go over the two level crossings and at the next mini roundabout take 2nd exit and then the following mini roundabout 2nd exit onto the A44 and continue past the Texaco garage. Stay on this road (A44) for 10 miles going through Capel Bangor & Goginan and continue on. Pass Bwlch Nant Yr Arian visitor centre on the left and continue pass the right turn for Ystumtuen and continue on. Pass the Red Kite Cafe on the right-hand side.
