The paddock has a mixture of post/rail and stock fencing
with hawthorn hedge to boundaries. We understand currently there is no physical boundary between Points A and B indicated on the map below. We are advised by our vendor client that it will be the new purchasers responsibility to erect such boundary fence/hedge etc should this be required. Purchasers may also require additional fencing/hedge boundary to enclose the paddock to the south-west corner where there is currently a double access gate to an adjoining field.
