Directions
From Holsworthy proceed on the A3072 Bude road and after about 1.2 miles turn left signed Pyworthy. Follow this country lane for 1.3 miles and upon reaching the centre of Derril turn right towards Bridgerule whereupon the barn will be found after about 0.3 miles on the left hand side with a Bond Oxborough Phillips for sale board clearly displayed.
