Higher Whitehalgh Farm - Lot 3

Lot Three comprises agricultural grassland, pond and woodland extending to 1.88 hectares (4.64 acres) or thereabouts. The agricultural land within Lot Three extends to some 0.91 hectares (2.25 acres) of productive grassland. The woodland predominantly comprises native broadleaf species. The pond was historically used as a coarse fishery but we understand such use was discontinued some time ago. There is a well on the land which historically served the farmhouse and yard prior to the connection of mains water thereto. The remaining land within this lot comprises part of Stockclough Lane.
