SITUATION

of a north easterly aspect and has been classified
by the James Hutton Institute as a mix of Grades
4.1 and 5.3. The ground is split between an area
of permanent grassland, and a smaller are to
the north, of rough grazing. The land is currently
served with natural water in the form of a small
stream running from east to west through the
subjects. The field is enclosed by a combination
of rylock and post and wire fencing which is in
need of repair, however in a stock proof condition.
Access to the Land at Gartmore is taken directly,
via a choice of 2 field gates from the roadside of
an unnamed council maintained road which leads
to the southern edge of the village of Gartmore
then further onto the A81.

DIRECTIONS
To access the Land at Gartmore, From the M9,
leave at junction 10, taking the second exit at
the roundabout onto the A84 towards Stirling.
Follow the signposts for the A811 (Erskine Bridge)
and continue in a westerly direction passing the
turnings to Gargunnock and Kippen. Continue on
the A811 and at the “Ballat Crossroads” turn right
onto the A81. Follow this road for 4 miles, then
turn left, following signs for Gartmore. Follow this
road for approximately 1.1 miles and the land is on
the right.
