A full plan Building Regulation application was approved on 24th October 2006 (06/00761/DOM) and work commenced on 29th July 2009 when the foundations were constructed.
Planning permission was granted on 16th October 2009 under reference 09/02907/FUL for “New farm offices and sanitary accommodation” and full plan Building Regulation application approved on 23rd February 2010 (09/00914/OTH).
