Land at Leapers Lane

The parcel of land is set off a minor rural lane on the outskirts of the village of Great Hallingbury and extends to approximately 4.75 acres. The land is suitable for grazing and has stock proof fencing and a field gate. There is a water supply, but it is currently turned off. The area is popular for those with equestrian interests as there are a number of bridlepaths in the area and is close to Hatfield Forest (National Trust land). Boundaries as shown on the details. From Junction 8 of the M11 proceed due east on the B1256 towards Takeley and just before the petrol filling station on the left, turn right to Great Hallingbury. Follow this lane along for about one mile, pass through open countryside into the village and where the road bends to the right, go straight on (effectively turning left) into Leapers Lane. The land is about 600m along on the right, opposite Street Farm Cottage and Leylands.
