The land is located in Moorthwaite which sits on a no through road approximately 1.4 miles South of the village of Cumwhitton. Junction 43 of the M6 is located 8.3 miles to the North West.The land is accessed from a shared access track leading from the public highway,

Directions
From Junction 43 of the M6 take the A69 heading East, after 2.3 miles turn right signposted Cumwhitton/Great Corby. Continue along this road until you reach the T-Junction, turn right and continue through the village of Cumwhitton for 1.6 miles then turn right down the no through road signposted Moorthwaite. The access track to the land is located on the left hand side after 0.2 mile and the land is located up the track to the rear of Moorthwaite Farm.What3Words for the start of the track: taller.minus.elect

Two field enclosures of excellent mowing/grazing land benefitting from a mains water trough to each field.The boundaries are post and wire fences with hedgerows, a small section of the first field enclosure has been fenced off to provide a previous orchard/vegetable plot.
