Both Lots are approached over a short narrow track a few hundred yards south of Hartland village.

Lot 1 - Ganna Park - About 2 Acres at the end of the lane is a north sloping field with traditional Devon hedgebanks to most boundaries. Access to stream water in the north east corner. To the west end is an area of woodland probably planted about 40 years ago.

Lot 2 - School Garden - About 0.35 Acres. As with the other lot a north sloping paddock, overgrown but easy to recover with lane access to its south boundary. Access can be had down to a stream on the north boundary behind a temporary timber fence erected by the sellers.
