Directions - Greenside Farm will be found on the country road that runs from the B5053, Onecote to Warslow Road.

If travelling from Onecote follow the B5053 towards Warslow and take the left hand turn sign posted Elkstones, proceeding along this road for two thirds of a mile and the property will be found on the left hand side as identified by our ‘For Sale’ board. Lot Two -

Description - The land is situated on the opposite side of the country road from the homestead at Greenside Farm as shown on the attached plan and is all laid to permanent pasture and considered to be in good heart and capable of growing good crops of grass. Part of the land has been used for mowing purposes with the rest of it being utilised for grazing with livestock either cattle or sheep. It will be noticed that there is a good hardcore road running through the southern portion of the land
