Built in the early 1960s and the home of its current owners for the past ten years, Queen Hill is a substantial family house built of composite stone under a clay tiled roof and set in a lovely rural position with only one near neighbour. Queen Hill is in a rural setting about two miles from the large village of Tatworth which has a church, primary school, Morrisons convenience store and two pubs. Everyday requirements can be found in the nearby market town of Chard which has good selections of shops, local businesses and a Tesco Superstore. Yeovil and Taunton are both within easy reach for wider needs. For transport links the A30 and A358 are both nearby and there are direct rail services from Crewkerne to Waterloo and from Axminster to Exeter St. Davids. The local area has a wide choice of schools from both the state and independent sectors
