In the past the land has been a carpet of bluebells and wild garlic, turning to cow parsley and pink campion as spring turns to summer these are complimented by a variety of additional meadow and woodland plants.

A newly planted orchard containing cherry, apple, pear and plum trees, in addition also to be found on land are sloe, elderberry and hazelnut trees.

Directions - From the Innis Downs junction on the A30, head north east alongside the A30 towards Lanivet. After almost a mile, pass through the village of Lanivet. Ignore the first turning signposted to Nanstallon and continue for almost 2 miles. At the double roundabout turn left following signs to the hospital. Continue along Boundary Road past the hospital and after half a mile, on a right hand bend, turn left (not sharp left), signposted Nanstallon. Continue for approximately 0.5 miles down the hill and the land will be found on the left hand side, immediately before the bridge, almost directly opposite the entrance to the water treatment works. It is suggested you park considerately in the entrance splay opposite.
