Positioned on the western side of the increasingly popular north Norfolk village of Docking and with stunning elevated views of the surrounding countryside, The Nest is a large area of grassland that has enormous potential.

The ultra fashionable Georgian village of Burnham Market, Sandringham and the market towns of Fakenham and King's Lynn are also nearby.
