An area on the opposite side of the lane has a selection of useful outbuildings including a two storey Dutch barn, carports and various wood stores. There are two areas of land included within the property with one paddock extending to approximately 7 acres in all and a smaller paddock of approximately 1.2 acres adjoining the wildlife pond.
