SITUATION
The Land at Powisholm is situated in a rural yet accessible position approximately 2 miles north east of the settlement of Newcastleton just to the north of the Liddle Water.

Outbuildings
There is a range of adjoining timber frame sheds set under tin and corrugated roofs with stone floors which are situated on the site of the dismantled railway and located centrally within the holding. The buildings have been used for lambing and machinery storage.

Farmland
The land extends to about 75.87 Ha (187.47 Acres) in total and is situated in a single block and benefits from good access onto the B6357 via a private farm road. There is another point of access to the land via a field gate which leads onto the B6399 public road to the north west of the holding.
