The land is located between the rural villages
of Alton and Combridge in the county of
Staffordshire.
The property is situated directly off Nabb
Lane which provides further access to the
B5030, leading to the nearby town of
Uttoxeter and village of Rocester, and B5032
leading to the village of Cheadle. Further road
network links can then be sought to the A50,
A52 and A515.
Directions
From the centre of Uttoxeter, head north on
the Ashbourne Road (B5030), at the
roundabout take the second exit and stay on
Ashbourne Road (B5030). At the second
roundabout take the first exit onto the B5030,
and after approximately 1.9 miles turn left
onto Old Uttoxeter Road.
After approximately 0.2 miles turn right onto
Combridge Lane. After a further 0.8 miles turn
left onto Hollington Road and after just 0.1
miles take a right turn onto Nabb Lane. After
a further 1 mile the land can be found on the
left-hand side of the lane as indicated by our
‘Bagshaws For Sale’ sign.
Description

in nature down towards Nabb Brook which lies

Nabb Lane with stone water troughs. A crop of

area, although it has been unused for some
time. The land has been left fallow in past few
years providing a haven for wildlife and wild
