Kitchen and Utility Room

The kitchen is open plan to the dining room and is fitted with a range of floor based and wall mounted grey units with one and a half bowl sink unit set into the worksurface. Stable Yard

The yard is entered via extra wide timber gates allowing access for a horse box. There is a detached timber stable block consisting of three stables, tack room and two open sided stores for equipment and hay and straw. A gate leads through to pasture land with a gate to the all weather arena measuring 45x25 metres. The remainder of the land is divided into two fields, laid out so that the divisions can be altered as required.

Wymington has a public house/restaurant, a church, a chapel and a lower school. It is situated approximately 0.5 miles from Rushden which has a more extensive range of amenities. Wymington is within the catchment area for Sharnbrook Upper School. Wellingborough School is approximately 5 miles away, and the Harpur Trust schools are located in Bedford which is approximately 13 miles away.
