Higher Overhouses Barn

The barn lies to the south of Black Moss Reservoir accessed off Barley Lane public highway along the side of Lower Overhouses residential barn conversion. The barn is legally restricted in its use for any other purposes except as outbuildings and/or storage ancillary to the use of the property for residential purposes. The barn may be desirable to smallholders, amenity buyers or value of usable materials. The barn has access rights to install mains services such as water, electricity & telephone under the access road should the purchaser wish. Overhouses shall be offered for sale by informal tender with offers in writing asked by noon 25th August 2022 to the Sawley office clearly marked ‘Overhouses tender’. Viewings and expressions of interest should be made through the selling agents and can be conducted anytime during daylight hours with the benefit of these particulars.
