Directions - From Fishguard take the Main A487 road east for some 4.5 miles and in the centre of the village of Dinas Cross, take the next turning left, signposted to Brynhenllan and Pwllgwaelod. Continue on this road for a third of a mile or so passing the Church on your left and a 100 yards or so further on, follow the road to the left. Continue on this road for a further 100 yards or and take the turning on the left. Proceed on this road for 100 yards and follow the road to the left and some 80 yards or so further on and on the bend, the Field Gate leading into the Land is directly facing.
A "For Sale" board is attached to the Gate.

Alternatively from Cardigan, take the Main A487 road south west for some 13 miles and in the village of Dinas Cross take the turning on the right, signposted to Pwllgwaelod and Brynhenllan. Follow directions as above.
