Take the turn onto Welham Lane (heading north) and proceed almost to the end of the Lane where the land is located on the east.



The land comprises a productive block of principally arable land which is bordered by Welham Lane, Langton Brook and the River Welland. The fields are relatively level and are bounded by established hedgerows. On the southern edge of the land there is a narrow grass field which is relatively flat.
