Location:

The land is located north of Burnley, adjoining residential property

and Pendle Water, and benefits from road frontage onto Barden

Lane. There is easy access to the land from the M65 via Junctions

9 and 10. The location of the land is shown on the plan at the rear

of these particulars.



Description:

A conveniently situated parcel of grazing land enjoying frontage

onto Barden Lane and Pendle Water, previously used for

equestrian grazing and amenity agricultural purposes.

A stoned access track leads from the gateway off Barden Lane to

the yard area containing a stable building comprising 2no. stable

Tenure:
