McCartneys are pleased to be favoured with instructions to offer for sale by formal tender some 40.14 acres of land at Crossgates as a whole or in five lots.

The land is located to the north of the County Town of Llandrindod Wells and the land occupies a delightful position near the River Ithon and the Clywedog Brook.

The land has been split into appropriate lots which would suit those looking to invest in agricultural land near Crossgates which could be used for farming purposes, amenity, pony paddock or other uses.

Mains water is connected to Lot 3. If sold separately, the purchaser of Lot 4 will undertake to install a sub meter so as to access the mains water supply. Lots 1, 2 and 5 have a natural water supply via the River Ithon or natural springs.

Formal Tenders (which will constitute a contract of sale on the part of the purchaser) are to be received in writing at McCartneys, Knighton office on their prepared tender form together with the contract by no later than 5.00pm on Monday 14th November 2022. The successful purchaser/purchasers should please provide a form of photographic ID. ie, a drivers license or passport and a utility bill or bank statement confirming their home address.
