The barn has vehicular access from the lane via five bar gates with plenty of space available for parking and gardens. There are adjoining paddocks totaling 4.4 acres included with the barn.

Mendip District Council Application Number 2021/2808/PAA - Prior Approval has been granted for change of use of this agricultural building to a dwelling house (Class C3) and for associated operational development. “associated operational development” means building or other operations in relation to the same building or land which are reasonably necessary to use the building or land.
