PLANNING
Planning Consent has been granted for 12 commercial units by the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk under the following Planning Consents.

Outline consent was initially granted for the erection of industrial units on the Western section of the land under reference 15/02109/O dated 5th May 2016.

A reserved matters application was approved on 10th September 2019 under reference 19/00812/RMM to obtain consent for 6 detached industrial units with parking, turning and loading space. The Vendor has submitted an application to discharge Conditions 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of application 15/02109/O. The consent has been implemented.

A further outline consent has been granted on 22nd October 2020 for the Eastern part of the site under reference 20/01056/OM with details of the access committed and all other matters reserved. The consent shows an indicative plan for a further 6 units. The consent specifies the use of the buildings for uses falling under Use Class E(g) or B8 as defined by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020.

Conditions attached to the most recent outline consent include obtaining approval of the detailed design, details of the foul and surface water drainage and approval of offsite Highways works including the construction of the site access, a footpath, and two bus stops on Lynn Road.
