DIRECTIONS From the village of Bittaford marked by the Horse & Groom pub, proceed along the B3213 towards Wrangaton for approximately 0.4 miles in an Easterly direction. SITUATION The land is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bittaford, in the South Hams area of South Devon.

The village of Bittaford is approximately 0.4 miles to the west. While the nearby market town of Ivybridge is approximately 3 miles, to the south west, while the A38 dual carriageway expressway, connecting to the M5 motorway and national road network, is approximately 3 miles to the south east.
