This single building plot has been granted outline planning permission for a detached house and garage by King's Lynn and West Norfolk council under planning reference 21/00185/O.  The plot is located in the heart of the village of Wretton which is situated between the towns of Downham Market, King's Lynn and Brandon with connections to Cambridge and London from Downham Market train station.  The plot measure 12.25m (40ft) in width by 43m (141ft) in depth with an additional 0.5 acre (stms) of agricultural land which will be available once the current crop has been harvested.  The storage building on the plot will require removal which the owners are prepared to negotiate the removal of with in the purchase contract.
