"You will wait a long time to find another home like it."

This quintessential brick and flint farmhouse, complemented by stunning views across the valley, has been entirely modernised to create a truly unique family home. Set in landscaped grounds of approximately 1.5 acres (STMS), it is exceptionally rare to find such a beautiful property in such a stunning location.

Originally part of a large local farming estate, Field House is a beautiful example of what Norfolk stands for. The current owners have carried out a substantial top to bottom refurbishment of the home throughout 2022 and have fully transformed this property, not only inside but outside too, presenting it in immaculate and newly decorated condition throughout.

As you walk through the porch into the reception hall, a sense of comfort and warmth greets you.

Be it that you love to cook for family and friends, or you want to soak in the stunning views from the garden room, which is one of the current owners' favourite spots, or relax in front of the inglenook fireplace in the sitting room, each space has unique features to be thoroughly enjoyed. If you need to work from home, the study in this property is a beautifully well-lit space.

"A sun-soaked home with wide open skies."

The upper level doesn't disappoint either, perhaps providing even better aspects of the incredible views. The attention to detail, just like downstairs, is second to none. The impressive principal bedroom has triple aspect windows boasting 180 degree views over valleys and woods. It enjoys a tastefully appointed en-suite shower room and further access to a walk-in dressing room, cleverly positioned above the bedroom.

In addition to the principal bedroom suite, there are four further bedrooms, three of which are double in size and all are presented to a delightful standard. Complementing the bedrooms are a bathroom and a separate shower room, which have also benefited from the refurbishment.

The outside space has been fully landscaped, designed to enhance the views and to allow more natural light to flood through into the property. Oak gates lead into the large driveway providing ample parking. Hedges have been planted, flower beds have been created and the outbuildings have been modernised too. Whether you're looking for an external office, or a workshop - this space is what you make of it.

Field House is a homely, warm and peaceful property, surrounded by countryside teeming with wildlife, and is ready for someone new to make it their forever home.

"It's exceptionally rare to find such a beautiful property in such a stunning location."
