Order of Sale and Pre-emption (first refusal to purchase)
Lot A will be offered for sale first. Purchaser of Lot A will have the benefit of a pre-emption to purchase Lot B at a pro-rota £/acre price based on the sale price of Lot A, to a minimum of £90,000. The pre-emption purchase price of Lot B will be presented to the successful purchaser. Therefore, if bidding remotely please ensure your phone has signal. If the Purchaser of Lot A does not exercise the pre-emption to purchase Lot B, then Lot B will be offered for sale by auction immediately afterwards.

Registering to bid and Administration fee

Deposit
