The properties can be accessed via two separate driveways from the quiet country lane that passes through the village. The first drive takes you around to the two cottages with the second bringing you to the front of main house. This primary property bears the name of Castle Green and provides two/three bedrooms and three reception rooms over two floors. Behind Castle Green are Castell Mael and Preseli View which offer two and three bedrooms respectively. The properties sit of the edge of the breath taking wilderness of the Preseli Mountains which have miles of tranquil footpaths and moorland to explore. From their highest point at Foel Eryr you can see Ireland on a clear day with the mountainsides dipping down to the nearby Gwaun Valley which offers more sheltered pathways through one of Pembrokeshire most ancient communities. The village of Puncheston is a lovely rural community and is positioned only around twenty minutes from the larger towns of Fishguard and Haverfordwest for shopping, restaurants, and transport links. You enter Castle Green from the front door and arrive in a central entrance hall which opens to the main living areas to the right. To the left of the hall you will find another reception room, or ground floor bedroom should it be required. In addition to this flexible room, you will find a lounge, dining room, and good-sized kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Castell Mael is positioned to the rear of Castle Green and offers two good-sized bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen/diner, and family bathroom. Next to Castell Mael you come to Preseli View which provides three bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, bathroom and a large lounge. Both cottages have doors to the front and rear and enjoy views over the land that surround the properties and of the Preseli Mountains behind. Both cottages have large attic spaces which would be ripe for conversion subject to any relevant planning. The land that surrounds the properties has been recently cleared and offers a fantastic canvas for a purchaser to create their dream garden or growing space. If the cottages were used as rental units they would enjoy privacy from the main house with each property easily able to have their own private outdoor areas. For a buyer looking for one large home or a multigenerational family, the space offered the buildings, both inside and out, is sure to impress. Combining the numerous uses and options that these three buildings offer with the stunning position on the edge of one of the last remaining natural wildernesses in West Wales, Castle Green is a truly exciting opportunity.
