Broome is a small village located on the edge of the Waveney Valley close to Bungay with good communication routes and easy access to Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a small parcel of land suitable for a number of purposes, easily accessible from the village.

Directions
From Norwich proceed along the B1332 towards Bungay. On approaching Bungay, branch left to Ditchingham and then continue along the road towards Broome.
