Stay on this lane into the valley and continue for just over a mile to the top of the hill to Quince Cross and turn left towards Rose Ash. The driveway to Swincombe will soon be found on the left.
From the A361 at Moortown Cross take the turning to the south signposted to Rose Ash. Stay on this road for two miles to Five Crossway and continue straight on towards Rose Ash. On entering the village at Rose Ash Cross continue straight on (behind the thatched cottage) and continue on this lane for about two-thirds of a mile where the entrance to Swincombe will be found on the right.
