Bunkers Hill
Approached through electric gates, Bunkers Hill is on the edge of the village of Farmington with far reaching views across neighbouring farmland. Originally two cottages, the house has been extensively renovated and extended by the current owners to create a modern and future-proofed family home whilst keeping it's period charm.

For more extensive facilities Cheltenham, Cirencester and, slightly further afield, Oxford provide a more extensive range of recreational, shopping and business facilities.

Education
The area is well served by a number of exceptional private schools, lying within easy reach of Cheltenham Ladies' College and Cheltenham
College, Kitebrook and Cothill and the Oxford schools. Others include Tudor Hall, Beaudesert Park Preparatory School, Querns at Westonbirt, Dean Close and Rendcomb College.

Leisure
The area is renowned for its country pursuits including racing at Cheltenham, polo at Cirencester, hunting with the Cotswold and Heythrop Hounds, water sports at the Cotswold Water Park and a wide
