From the town centre of Hay-on-Wye, proceed West on the Brecon Road (B4530). After approximately ½ mile, turn left after the layby on the left hand side signposted to Llanigon and Felindre. Continue along the road for approximately ¼ mile and the land can be found on the right hand side of the road as indicated by the McCartneys For Sale boards.
