For Sale by Public Auction on Wednesday 4th May 2022 at 7pm at The Strawberry Fields, Lifton, Devon, PL16 0DE.
Approximately 16.17 acres of level amenity pasture. Two fields suiting conservation with potential to create a pond. Road frontage.
Popular area for recreational purposes (near to Padstow).

Description
This level block of approximately 16.17 acres (6.54 ha) offers great opportunity. With three square and level pasture fields, two of which have road frontage, this land would farm well.

Two further paddocks offer environmental appeal, and therefore the land as a whole offers good amenity potential.

With ease of catchment to Padstow and the wider tourist area, alternative uses, subject to planning, may work well.

Privately screened by mature hedges, the land is suitable for grazing livestock and horses,.
